Limited Slip Blog has been copied

Readers,

It has come to our attention that some of our work has been copied without our consent and reposted on another blog.  The offending site, Rericars.com, uses a disclaimer on their “About” page that, “We gathered the images from google images search and from blog post, contact us if we forgot or wrong provide information, If you see your copyrighted images or material has been published at this blog, please contact us and we repair or will remove it as soon as possible.”  Well that’s what they did, taking the entirety of our article on the 2013 Audi S5 and posting it to their website.  We’re not going to link to their website simply because it appears that it’s been laid out exclusively to collect ad revenue rather than generate any real content.  That’s completely opposite to our ad-free, original content layout.  Here’s what their page looks like:

See that little link at the bottom of the article?  That links back to our main page, not even the actual article.  It doesn’t mention Limited Slip Blog, or the author, Christopher Little, anywhere.  That’s not enough attribution for us, even if they had asked for permission.  If you’ve been with us long enough, you remember that we don’t look kindly upon plagiarism.  We contacted them like they asked on Tuesday and again on Thursday, but have yet to hear anything back.  We’ll keep you posted.  In the mean time, you can let us know if you see our content elsewhere by contacting us on our own About page.
